The Community and Hall Association is run by a team of trustees and the meetings are usually held on the first Monday of each month at the community hall, however, the date may change due to bank holidays etc.  There are 14 Trustees that make up to committee. The object of the association is: ​
​To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of East Williamston and the neighbourhood without discrimination, by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
