Tracy BeynonChairTracy has been a trustee of the association since 2020, she was previously a hall committee member and has assisted in an unofficial capacity since the hall was rebuilt in 2000.
Tracy is a Digital Communications Officer for Hywel Dda Health Board and has worked for the local NHS in various roles for over 20 years. She has a particular interest in website development, social media and media production as well as being a keen amateur photographer. |
Theresa PaintingSecretaryOriginally from Rhondda, Theresa moved to Pentlepoir over a decade ago with her husband Phill who is a retired police officer.
Theresa was an adult education teacher for 30 years. Theresa has been a member of East Williamston short mat bowls club for 4 years and has been captain for 2 years. Theresa loves to cook and bake cakes, She will also dabble in watercolour and acrylic paintings in her spare time. |
Andrew McleanTreasurerAndrew is a retired engineering/process manager from Newport. He moved to Saundersfoot in September 2022 with his wife Susan. They spent the first 2 Years remodelling a bungalow in Wooden.
Andrew started playing short mat bowls for East Williamston in 2023. He volunteers for the RNLI and regularly works in the Saundersfoot shop alongside Susan. He is currently constructing a small woodworking workshop in the garden. |
Gwyneth BeynonTrusteeGwyneth has been involved with the Hall since 1982. As well as being a Trustee, she is also the maintenance manager of the Hall, and she has lived in East Williamston since her marriage in 1970.
Gwyneth is also a member of St Elidyr Church and enjoys, gardening, baking (her welsh cakes are legendary) and jigsaws. |
Sian BeynonTrusteeSian has been a trustee since 2000, and is bar manager for the Community Hall.
Sian's family have lived in East Williamston for almost 250 years. Sian is a support worker and enjoys baking, dress making and upholstery. Sians celebration cakes are well renowned. |
Amanda Cresswell
TrusteeOriginally from Newport Gwent, Mandy has lived in East Williamston for over 20 years with her husband Mark and 2 daughters.
Mandy is a retired Police Officer, presently delivering medication for Mendus Pharmacy. |
Chris Gilley
TrusteeChris moved to the village in 2017 joining the committee in May of that year.
He is an active member of the short mat bowls club. |

Susan McleanTrusteeSue and her husband Andrew moved to Wooden in 2022 and have not looked back (best decision ever).
She helps out in the RNLI shop along with her husband Andrew, she also enjoys getting involved with events and activities in the village. They have recently rescued a pair of Bichon Frise dogs. Sue enjoys cold water swimming with the Blue Tits and has recently started crafting. |
Jenny OliverTrusteeJenny is originally from Northern Ireland and moved to East Williamston in 2022 after many years in south east England.
Jenny is a qualified dentist who has spent most of her career as a public health consultant working for the NHS and Public Health England. Jenny has a passion for dogs, cooking and weightlifting. She and her husband Gary have fully embraced village life and are looking forward to being considered true locals in the next five decades or so. |
Mark TaylorTrusteeOriginally from Newbridge, Gwent, Mark has lived in East Williamston for almost 20 years with his wife Mandy and family.
Mark is a self employed carpenter/ joiner, and built the amazing permanent bar we have in the hall. Mark is a member and former captain of East Williamston Short Mat Bowls Club |
Cliff WilliamsTrusteeCliff moved to East Williamston, after retiring from aerospace engineering, in 2008 , where he runs a smallholding with his husband Tim.
He has been a committee trustee for the Hall Association since 2010. Cliff and Tim are keen attendees/quiz masters of the monthly quiz night. |
